On arrival we were informed that they would not accept our pet. On they add it says pet friendly. We have a small cat. On the add it says pet friendly apparently cats aren't pets. We were refused our reservation and had to find another hotel. This should be made known.

Thank you for your comments. Each Best Western Hotel is independently owned and will have pet policies in place that reflect on that property. You booked via Expedia, I did review their web page and under "Policies", it clearly states "Dogs only". It is confusing when you see the paw symbol but I always recommend that when travelling with any pet, you should reach out to the hotel directly or read the Policy section that is further down the page. Lots of information can be found in that area, Our Best Western page is set up in the same way. I am sorry that we were not able to accommodate you. We love cats and at one time, years ago, we did allow cats but we found that cats climbed the sheers ripping them, they used our chairs as scratching posts, and we had to clean litter out of tubs even. The owners decided long ago that cats were just too destructive and resulted in additional costs to replace items in the room that were damaged. I agree that the the web pages could be made much more clearer and I have asked many times via corporate Best Western to change the format. Again, sorry to disappoint you.

Great convenience, cleanliness and even has an EV charger.

We enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and hot tub.
Breakfast had a nice variety.
Staff very friendly. All in all a nice experience.

Such a great find in a small town. This was our second stay here because it is so clean and rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly and welcoming

The room is very spacious (>450 sqft). It is clean and the beds are comfortable.
