"The hotel is a budget hotel. Given the limited options in Zamboanga, the hotel is good, and the price point is very reasonable as well. Don't expect anything fancy; you're not paying fancy prices! The rooms are old but clean, as is the washroom. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The location is on the border of a commercial area and somewhat residential area - you will hear noises from the street, but not regularly (might be different for very light sleepers). "All pool staff were on their cell phones and was not very helpful. They locked both pool access doors in the hotel and forced guests to go through the main lobby which is on the other side of the compound. "
