A friendly hotel.
Posted 20 Nov 2023 on HotelsConveniently located hotel staffed by friendly welcoming people, but unfortunately there isn’t anywhere in the lobby to sit, all the chairs appeared to be occupied by non guests. Fortunately we were allocated a very spacious room which helped to enhance our stay.
Breakfast was reasonably, enough to eat but unfortunately all the “hot “ food was stone cold; for some inexplicable reason all the containers were left open. Overall I would recommend this hotel due to the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

It's an old hotel but still in a good condition. WiFi is good and fast. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Except there are no sockets beside the bed. Only one socket below the tv, so you have to charge your phone far from the bed.

It's located right in the heart of the Sibu town - eateries, shops (clothing, printing, pharmacies, etc.) wet market, boat terminal are all within walking distance.

Not enough power outlet and old design

I reserved 2 rooms. The rooms I got were on 2 different floors. Both had no air on when we arrived therefore they were very hot. They also smelled musty. The hotel in in the middle of the city and is quite old. Difficult to sleep with birds outside the window nesting. Was to stay 3 days and checked out after 1 night. Would not recommend.
