Wouldn’t stay here again. I have no idea how this place has decent reviews. Interior was dirty and gross. Area was ok, but there is only one restaurant that you can walk to. There’s a turtle by the pool that is constantly trying to get out of the premises.

We have guests every day and the premises are cleaned every day. Regarding the restaurant, please inform yourself in the future and look at google maps when you book the accommodation to know where you are going. . Turtles are protected animals and I don't know what the problem is if they walk around the yard (they don't bite).Thank you for visiting us and your review was very harsh and harmful. Cute little apartment with a great patio. Excellent water pressure! A delicious and well priced restaurant 2 mins walk on the water. 3 bus comes right to the door. 1.50 euros and goes right to at Michael fortress. We didn't need more than 1 day touring Sibenik but Would definitely stay here again.

Location for us was awesome . A few km from the center of the old town. So nice to have a little terrace and personal outdoor space. There is a pool but we didn't use it. We went in to old town for dinner but there were options nearby

The apartment is nice with a very modern (excellent) bathroom with all you might need for an extended stay. However the neighborhood is a bit of a barrio.

Ne comptez pas vous baigner à Basic Mantion
Posted 9 Oct 2021 on HotelsImmeuble design et bien rénové , malheureusement la piscine non chauffée est située coté nord , jamais au soleil!
Eau glacée ; la péninsule de Mandalina est bien entourée par la mer , malheureusement ce ne sont que des zones portuaires ou des marinas pour bateaux , pas de baignade , d'ailleurs l'eau n'est pas claire
