Unsatisfactory arrangements for Sipoo.
Posted 18 Jun 2018 on HotelsI completed the "book in" and the payment via Credit Card.
I hired a car in order to commute to my science / business meetings in Helsinki.
I was then informed that the accommodation was not available.
A very unsatisfactory state of affairs.
I have received no apology and am still awaiting news of the refund.
It would be too much to expect also the refund of the then quite unnecessary car hire costs.

We understand that you are unhappy. However you have got an information about problems in few minutes and you was able to cancel your car reservation. Your reservation was done without contact phone number and the booking service was not able to relocate you. Reservation costs have been refunded to you. Hope you have got better experience in another place.

Agréable séjour dans la forêt. Le chalet est propre et confortable. Cependant le système de sécurité pour fermer le logement n’est pas bien. Le miroir de la chambre a disparu durant notre séjour pendant que nous étions absents. Nous nous sentons pas en sécurité.

Dear guests. We are glad to read that you have liked your stay in our cottage. We agree that our cottage is clean and comfortable. It is pity that you have not felt good. However all your stuff is safe, and it is very important to lock both doors when leaving the house.
