It was a nice stay quiet and staff was kind and welcoming. Breakfast didn’t really enjoy also my room had a mold/ dog smell tried getting a different room but it also smell like mold. The hotel was clean just the smell inside the room didn’t appreciate

Rooms are very nice, staff is great. Breakfast was good every day. Located close to everything going on in south Shreveport without being in the middle of things, easy access. Recommend to anyone looking for good place to stay.

Power outage

The power went out at night from 1130 to 230 ish. The staff did not come to the rooms to notify us. They put very small, almost toy like lanterns at the end of each hall and tiny flashlights on the landings in the dark stair wells. There was no generator. Fortunately, my room was still cool and I was able to muddle my way to my car to get my small flash light for the room and charge my phone in my car. Seems they need to have a back up generator or bigger portable lights for safety. I am a single female traveler and felt VERY unsafe during the outage.

We understand that the power outage caused an uncomfortable experience, and apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, a vehicle knocked down a power pole across the intersections. Our goal is that all of our guest feel safe and secure, and we will review our practices for power outages.

Disappointment

The toilet had staines, the TV didn't work, the rooms look dated. I wasn't impressed at all especially if you consider I paid $180 a night.
