"Super location and service at Petra Aretas Hotel! This hotel is just up a steep hill from Petra. Very convenient location and reasonable price. Disclosure: due to the situation in the middle East, we were the ONLY guests in the whole hotel. But even so, the front staff were always friendly and helpful! The usual included buffet breakfast was not offered due to us being the only 3 guests in the hotel but instead the staff prepared us personal breakfast, and very generous portions! Olives, breads, eggs cooked to order. Amazing! Our night clerk even shared his shisha (hooka) with us. Amazing hospitality! We cannot say enough about this fabulous hotel and service. The only downside is the surrounding area since Wadi Musa is rather poor and run down (the view from our room looked like a demolition site, full of trash and rubble). But that is not any slight on the hotel. We rate this a full 5 stars rating and would stay here again in a heartbeat!"
