"I enjoyed my stay in Shkoder. The hotel was conveniently situated between the Castle and the city centre. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. However, the hotel is in need of modernisation, rooms are basic and mine was quite noisy. My room was cheap, so represented reasonable value for money. "

The staff was so kind and accommodating, helping us with everything we needed, giving us the closest room to the elevator, service from the hotel restaurant (delicious food), ice from the bar to help with my wife’s injury, etc. I can’t say enough about how kind everyone was. On top of that all, the room was excellent, spotless clean, and very comfortable...
