The property was well maintained and quiet, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The beach was great and was walkable to 4 or 5 restaurants right on beach.

The staff are attentive, friendly, & customer service oriented! The property is beautiful. Well appointed grounds, bar, pool & lounge area. And the rooms are large & well appointed!! 5 star facility & staff! Located directly on Shoal Bay-the most beautiful, quiet, white sand beach I Anguilla!! Several walkable beach restaurants located on the beach & an easy walk from Manoah. Love love love Manoah & all its staff . We Will definitely be back & highly recommend a stay here on beautiful Shoal Bay!

Manoah
Posted 21 Mar 2024 on HotelsThe hotel is lovely, staff is great! The location of the hotel is good if you want to do absolutely nothing as there is nothing close by. Every cab ride we took was 40.00 each way to get to a restaurant or larger hotels. If you stay there look into renting a car. The cab costs will kill you! Food surrounding hotel was typical beach food, nothing great. The complimentary Continental Breakfast at the hotel was lovely and the wait staff was wonderful!

We love coming to Anguilla and have stayed at multiple resorts within a wide price range around the island. Manoah is at the very bottom of our list, mostly because of the poor customer service. The location is wonderful: You are on a gorgeous Shoal beach, and The Manoah Hotel itself is a beautiful property. Unfortunately, these breathtaking surroundings are overshadowed by numerous issues of The Manoah experience:
Maintenance, security, and cleanliness concerns: broken front door, broken balcony door with a huge open gap, hair in the bathroom, dirty floors, wrong bed configuration, and the list goes on. Some issues were addressed eventually, resulting in a lengthy check-in process that ate up our first day. Other concerns the hotel simply denied. Emails to the main address (listed online) went unanswered due to "technical outages". Expedia did send a note a month ago about technical outages with two emails to contact the property but no mention that the email had changed. Some issues like the broken door never got fixed, and small issues like empty soap bottles we simply gave up on and never reported. The hotel did eventually respond offering a small compensation for a fraction of our first-day cost.
Poor Internet connectivity. There are multiple wifi options but none of them were stable anywhere. The signal is weak to do anything but occasionally check your email.
In summary, there are well-managed hotels in the area, just not The Manoah. Enjoy beautiful Anguilla!

Location! We didn't get to ALL the beaches on the island, but from the several we did visit, this was by far the best beach. We stayed in unit 302 - so spacious and right on the beach. We kept our doors open all night and listened to the ocean. The entire staff was excellent.
Continental breakfast was O.K. but worked for us.
The only negative is that we did not have hot water the first day (but they fixed it quickly) and the mattress in the room was awful.
