"Excellent service 24hrs. Great room and breakfast was first class."

"Happy with our stay, only downfall was the air-conditioning in our room. It would go warm overnight and result in us blanketess and sweating. Unfortunately ruined the quality of sleep which was disappointing as we were really excited for a hotel that had an actual dooner on the bed that was cozy. Made a good nights sleep and sleep in impossible."

"Good location, rooms were spacious but bed was very uncomfortable. It was lopsided as if one side of the bed was broken. "

"We arrived a little early than check in. The staff was more than accommodating, they booked us into our room then proceeded to give us a map of the area with highlights aound the town. Based on the recommendation, we hopped on the city ferry and saw more of city than we originally planned on. "

"This is a very well located hotel. The room was clean, modern and spacious. The bed was a very comfortable king size. My wife and I are not fans of open en-suites. Not much privacy. We thought that the toilet paper was way too thin and you could see through the towels. Accor hotels really need to lift their game with breakfast. It’s such poor quality. Get rid of the pancake machine and make some edible eggs . That would be a good start."
