Nothing is like the propriety restaurant is undér renuvation the dont have buffet breakfast

Eletrical fixser were broken fresh rooms not up to the mark water supply hot was irrelevant.

Lot of scope for improvement

It is ok, but was expecting a lot. Few concerns: - hot water only few hours in morning, that is not right I guess. We reached in the after about 3.30 or so, there was not hot water to have shower, had to wait for hr or two, they had to bring the water in buckets, this is not acceptable. I personally feel, each room should have a small water heater attached. - Hotel is very good, cleanliness is pathetic. - Wardrobe inside the room is too small, heck of it, it has been kept & - Finally, restaurant, is not at all satisfactory, very few options especially for morning breakfast. In-spite of all ods, the gentleman who is taking care of the hotel Mr Pandey is very courtesy, for him at-least, we need to compliment.

Poorest service

Very much poor service. Very slow service. Serve the tea in cracked cup. Don't follow the order properly. Free WiFi of no use as it's available only in the lobby and that's also always kept off as if it is an electricity and costing them......though told they used to keep the WiFi off.....you have to tell them to make it on. Very slow speed. Can't even download audio.....
