"Stayed one night after visiting Shirakawago. For the price I paid, it was a great deal. The room had a bedroom and a living room that also came with beds. It was nice to have the separate rooms but the sound still carried through the windows. The hotel has a pickup option from the local bus station every 15-30 minutes or so. The onsite onsens were beautiful and had many options, including a private tub. The breakfast option was a substantial Japanese style breakfast. There is a convenient store about half a mile from the hotel if you need to pick anything up."

It seemed about half the hotel guests were non-Japanese, which made sense. The staff was very helpful and spoke a variety of languages."

"Great place to stay, an easy ten-minute walk from Kanazawa station. The hotel feels fresh and contemporary, the breakfast is varied and amazing and the staff welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious with a nice outlook over the city, surprisingly quiet at night, with a firm bed, strong shower, a window that opened and good amenities. We enjoyed the welcome drink and appreciated the laundry room with its reasonably priced, efficient machines. The location is fantastic for sightseeing and there are plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. Excellent value for money, highly recommended."
