Excellent location and service! The entrance is little bit confused if you arrive late in night time. The reception is on 24/F. The entrance on ground floor and underpass is very small! Once you get used the environment, it is very convenient.

Nice hotel in good location near Shimbashi station. Staff was very helpful.

Good point is the closeness to the Metro and JR lines. The Ginza district is also nearby. The downside is finding the right exit closest to the hotel when leaving the various Metro / JR lines. At ground level it should be more clearly signposted that the hotel starts at the 24th floor of the building.
