Great location near tram which goes directly to Kumamoto station. Lots of nice amenities of your choice to pick up in the lobby before you go up the elevator.

the hotel is located inside the shopping arcade. It is convinient but if you
arrive with car you will have to park about 3~5 minutes walk away.
reception is ok. NO English.
Rooms convenient - no view.
Amenities - ok
wifi - ok
breakfast - you can choose set from fix menu and other items such
as salad etc. are in bar self service. Not good value compare to other
places we been.

Hotel that in the middle of shopping street
Posted 26 Dec 2019 on HotelsLocation is excellent ( I was confused by GPU guidance)! Yes, it’s in the middle of Japanese shopping street, therefore, I parked my car outside of the shopping street/ area.
Bigger room than usual, good breakfast selection, friendly staffs, convenience shopping distance, and lots of lunch/ dinning options around it.
Definitely recommended!
