Stayed in Sky Bunk Bed room. Loved this property for location and amenities
Having our own laundry in our room, kitchen and dining area, sofa area to lounge and relax, and Separate bedroom was perfect for our family. We traveled with 3 adults. Bunk bed was cool for adult son. We stayed on the 21 first floor which is the only floor with bay style windows. Because of this we could see Mt Fuji on a clear day to our right even though we faced south towards Shinjuku. We ate dinner 3 times in the area around hotel. All delicious. Okubo station a few minute walk. Aeon convenience store at base of hotel. Great snacks. We travelled all
Over the city easily from this location. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Assisted us in English. Our only improvement suggestion would be the beds. We are used to soft beds so these FIRM beds were uncomfortable for us. They provided soft pillows which was awesome. Would recommend staying there especially for families with older kids.

A fantastic place to stay when visiting Tokyo.
Staff were very friendly and so helpful and were able to help with all our requirements.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and ideal for a weeks stay when coming to the city.

I didn't like Shinjuku in general. It wasn't as clean as Shiba Park area.
I prefer a peaceful and clam place and it was the opposite.
It caters to younger generation and I'm not cut out for that...too crowded, not so clean. The streets are dirty and I didn't like the vibe of the area.
The rooms were not as clean, although big. It was next to all the convenient stores.
It was an ok stay for me.
