A fantastic place to stay when visiting Tokyo. Staff were very friendly and so helpful and were able to help with all our requirements. The rooms were spotlessly clean and ideal for a weeks stay when coming to the city.

I didn't like Shinjuku in general. It wasn't as clean as Shiba Park area. I prefer a peaceful and clam place and it was the opposite. It caters to younger generation and I'm not cut out for that...too crowded, not so clean. The streets are dirty and I didn't like the vibe of the area. The rooms were not as clean, although big. It was next to all the convenient stores. It was an ok stay for me.

Our hotel is only one station from Shinjuku, so it is far from the hustle and bustle, but there are many people around the hotel because there is a Korean town. I liked how the staff could speak English. I wish they cleaned the room more often.
