This hotel is in a convenient location (really close to heart of Shinjuku) but the room was quite small and bleak as it has a tiny window that faced a building. Some of the staff were more friendly than others. Didn’t feel super welcoming like the other hotel I stayed in previously in Tokyo.

Great little property. Had to walk a little bit from the station but took cab later. Daily breakfast and happy hour was fantastic!

Excellent location. Being close to the red light district no worries. Really safe. Nice boutique hotel.

Room to small for a family of 2 kids.... and expensive for the size.

We loved staying at the Bespoke hotel. The location was convenient and the staff were really friendly with our requests. The rooms are on tighter side so that was a bit hard to adjust for the three of us. I would still recommend the place as it was very close to the areas we wanted to explore and spend time at.
