Very noisy at night. You can hear People running around the hallway and talk loud.

The breakfast served each morning was very impressive - I really enjoyed the quality and freshness of the chocolate croissants. Convenient access to the monorail. This hotel is very good value for the price.

The hotel was great however there were some confusion with my check-in. Staff did not ask if I was a member and there was a bit of a misunderstanding about my check in time.

Me and my girlfriend was really happy with the Hotel, free breakfast, friendly staff, free buss to Shinagawa station, clean rooms, free Wi-Fi. Romantic area and good restaurants with quality food. Thank you Toyoko Inn. We will visit again in the future and I highly recommend this lovely hotel to everyone.
