The room was clean, amenities were available at the counter and the staff were very accommodating!

Friendly staff. Safe. 2min walk to Gotanda station. Mini fridge, washer dryer, kitchen utensils etc.

Five minutes walk to JR Yamanote line, which you can get to all of the Tokyo tourist spots.

Tokyu Stay was our final destination before heading home. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, but after presenting them with my booking details, they apologized and fixed it asap. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The rooms were a decent size for Tokyo standards and beds were comfy. Washroom was good and we had a washer/dryer unit in the room. It seemed to take a very long time to finish 1 load (3 hrs) but that could be a user error on our part. They provide luggage transfer services, free tea/coffee in the lobby, and were kind enough to store our luggage for a few hours after checking out as we still had some time and wanted to do a quick trip to Asakusa. There is access to the train station right outside the hotel if taking the Asakusa line, otherwise, it's a 5 min walk to the JR/Yamamote lines. I would consider staying here again based on the value and location. Also, it is 30-40 mins to Haneda airport.

Well located next to the train. It was basic but convenient. Definitely a case of you get what you paid for. Great shower and water pressure.

A very unique experience unlike other hotels. The hotel may not be suitable for tall people. Highly recommend to stay in this cozy hotel and neighbourhood.
