The small lobby bar was delightful with drinks and snacks. I appreciated the laundry room and that there were plenty of appliances available. "

"Very conveniently located. The staff are friendly. Very neat and clean with amazing amenities. About 10 minutes underground walk from the Osaka station. When you get out of the train ticket machine go towards the south exit. It will take you to the B1 level. Then continue the to walk straight until you find the exit 1141A. Then go up to the surface level. Look up and you will see the hotel name. Turn right to get to the hotel entrance. Reception is at the 2nd level. "
