Super easy self check in. Clear instructions and clean and cozy but walkin distance to Kyoto station. Perfect for any traveler!

It was quiet during my stay of 7 nights. It was also hard to find the staff, even at the front desk.
The cleanliness should be improved, there are spots obviously never touched by cleaners.
Bathroom water was big issue. It was uncontrollable, hot then cold and cold then hot, all by itself.
The lockable washer is a plus while dryer needs more heat.
The area looked safe and it usually took us 12 minutes to walk to the Kyoto Station.
