Bike friendly hotel! Super helpful staff!
Posted 21 May 2024 on HotelsWe had a wonderful stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly and remembered us when we came back for a second time. We were able to safely store our two bikes in their office which was very important to us. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was great and close to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Pros: location and food is great
Cons: bicycle is a bit old
Location: riding the bicycle to enjoy the beautiful bridge and river
enjoyable stay....good food...friendly staff...free shuttle arrangement to/from station...near the river and red bridge...can borrow the bicycle at no cost

大浴場がもう少し大きめなら

埃っぽい臭いが気になって、室内にいる間アレルギー性鼻炎になり、レースカーテンを閉じて窓を開けて換気したら楽になりました。最初は喫煙のお部屋がと思うほどでした。それ以外は良かったです。

近くに居酒屋や美味しい食べる所沢山あるのでよかったです。
