Great stay
Posted 16 Dec 2022 on HotelsComfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot
Posted 30 Jul 2019 on HotelsI really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

古さは感じられますが、リニューアルされてラウンジが使えたり、温泉の雰囲気が落ち着いた感じになっていたところはよかったです。ビュッフェは混雑していて並んでいるうちに料理が冷めてしまったので、会場を２箇所に分ける、時間帯を分散させるなどの工夫があったら良いかなと思います。

部屋が広く、眺めも最高でした。
食事も美味しく種類も豊富で、温泉もとても良かったです。
大晦日の花火もとてもきれいで楽しめました。
