An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF.
Moreover, when you asked/question them, the staff will behave RUDELY AND UNPROFESSIONALLY with us.
SO, THE OVERALL STAY EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE (I DON'T HAVE ANY OTHER STRONG WORD TO DESCRIBE IT).
I hope that this will help other customers to know the true picture of this property.
