"Lovely clean property... absolutely loved it.. would like a clock but im a time person.. shower absolutely amazing... town center location stayed during england final didnt hear anything... only issue i had was booking.. i booked paid and didnt hear anything i called number which i advise do not call cost a fortune to brazil.. message and call the london number for apartment...spoke to a lovely lady.. think her nsmr was alexandra very helpful not had that for a while.. tv does not have normal...

"Great position in Newbury, very close to the main shopping street. Parking nearby was cheaper than onsite so we used that. Entry was easy with good instructions. It was very warm inside, we had to open the windows and turn off the heating. Nice and quiet in the building, we hardly saw or heard anyone else. Everything you needed for a short break was supplied. "

"Manu was a great host, he was very welcoming and helpful and provided clear instructions to find the apartment, parking and how to get into the property. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location and was spotless. Also, having tea and coffee at the property is only a small touch but has a great impact and shows Manu cares for guests. "It is such a lovely hotel. It smells just drvine and this was my third stay. The 2nd time in this room actually. Sadly the bathroom floor did have some small flecks of dirt, the bath had rust on and we were unable to get the plug out of the bath. These are such small minor things but are worthy of note. The staff were fabulous as usual. The communal eareas were beautifully decorated for Christmas. And whilst ive already said it it is worthy if a second mention. The hotel smells amazing! "
