I enjoyed my time at the property, the staff was nice, the room was clean, and it's located right in the shibuya crossing area.

The location is unbeatable. Room had an adequate size and very clean. They offer free water and tea/coffee which was awesome. I suggest adding the breakfast buffet for the days you stay cuz the quality is awesome. Side note*** You must pay right away and not after your stay

This is the most spacious hotel that I stayed at in Japan. Similar price points near Tokyo station and Osaka station were small in size and it made it a bit difficult to open clam suitcases.
What I didn’t like about this property are:
1/ they didn’t bring the scale to my room. (Minor)
2/ there are 3 laudry area with 1 washer and dryer per area (F8,9,10)
3/ washer requires you to buy detergent at the lobby vs having an integrated soap dispenser. (Just preference)
4/ the rooms are outdated especially the bathroom.
For the most part this hotel was great and the above points are just my personal preference.
That said, I would use them again.

The hotel's location was ideal, with excellent transportation options. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and offered breathtaking views

I like being about to walk to dozens is restaurants and dozens is stores. Great location

Excellent location, right above Shibuya station but our room was quiet despite this. Easy access to bus services from right outside the hotel, we took a bus to and from Fuji Q highlands and also got dropped off from Haneda via the limousine bus right outside hotel as well. Staff and facilities both excellent. The convenience is worth the cost of staying here and I wouldnt even consider a different hotel in Shibuya if we come back again
