Great location. Hotel room tired and dated. Room had a bad smell.

Fantastic location in the heart of Shibuya. Property was well-maintained, room was quite spacious (by Japan standards) and staff were friendly and accommodating. Not much else I could ask for. Enjoyed my stay a lot and would recommend to anyone traveling to Shibuya on a mid-budget.

The rooms aren’t huge, but the location is great. Lots of smoking rooms here so double check your booking if that’s something that bothers you.

Room was much much smaller than expected, even for Tokyo standards. Room had a dorm like feel . Although clean, everything seemed old and in need of a refresh.
We asked for an additional 45 minutes to check out , they charged us for that. A little courtesy would’ve felt good .
Overall stay here for the location , not for the luxury .

Conveniently located in the heart of the action, surrounded by many amenities. Staff was very helpful and provided enthusiastic service.
