Everything was amazing! The staff was so friendly and helpful with the check in/check out process. The room was cleaned every three days, which was very nice. Loved it here. Definitely will stay again

Generous size twin room by Japan standard. Location was stand out as a mere 10 min walk to closest station, numerous options to dine out. Breakfast was good and efficient, you can always get a table and the staff works super hard and always kind and friendly. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it. Thank you!

I came into Tokyo with the expectation that hotel rooms are generally smaller than what Westerners are accustomed to but that’s ok. We spent most of our day sightseeing and dining out, only coming back to our room to sleep. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel was very close to Shinjuku station and within walking distance to shopping areas and restaurants.

Hotel is great location, quiet yet central to Shinjuku, which gets very busy and crowded.
My only major complaint with the facility is the room HVAC system. No matter what setting you try (Auto, Heat, Cool, Dry, Blow) or temp setting (between 19-28C) it operates binary: Nothing, no air or blows freezing air. I had to constantly turn it on and off. Maybe in the heat of summer you will be fine with the AC on all the time. But the varying temps in Mid-November made this a challenge.
Everything else was fine to good.
