This apartment was convenient to great sites in kiev. Communication by what's app was ideal. Airport transfer arrangements were excellent. Thank you.

Well located, reasonable amenities, but lacking a teapot and toaster, and the table space very limited- needs a desk as well as somewhere to eat in a self-catering flat. An enormous TV screen located on a wall was something I kept bumping into and should have been located elsewhere

L'appartamento è ben fatto pulito , centrale e con una bella vista su Kiev , ma per arrivare passando dalla reception è problematico, comunicare con loro, infatti ho dovuto prendere un taxi , perché il loro autista venuto all aeroporto , ma io dopo aver cercato mezzora non lo ho visto

Dear Guest, thanks for your feedback. There was a strike on the day you left Rome for the airport and the flight was delayed. The manager asked you to tell us when you boarded the plane so that the transfer could pick you up correctly, but, unfortunately, you ignored this message and wrote to us when the shuttle accordingly landed in Kiev.
