Service was good house keeper got our room cleaned, just the carpets needed be clean, but we definitely will stay there next time

The property was ok. Not the best. But I’ve seen worse.

Homeless people living in the front of hotel and also didn’t return my deposit

Regarding the issue of homeless individuals near the hotel, we are aware of the situation and are working closely with local authorities to address it. Ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our guests is our top priority, and we appreciate your understanding as we take steps to resolve this matter. In addition, as per looking at our system, you checked out on May 18 and the deposit was released the same day. Please keep in mind that we do not charge your card so the deposit will not be seen as a "refund" under the bank statement. We simply put a hold on the amount of 100 and once we release it the hold will be gone. If you have any more concerns regarding your deposit, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
