It was disappointing, it was a motel, upgraded with some fun color furniture that I got tricked in picking. It was just an overpriced motel.

I have stayed here several times. It is basic but clean and the staff is very attentive.

Booked last minute and was pleasantly surprised! Hotel quality!! The common area/reception was very nice. Not many places include breakfast like that !! Would stay again now that I know this place exists

We arrived at 1 AM and tried to check in. We were very tired considering we had to drive 4 hours to get there. Once we tried to check in the employee did not someone out for 30 minutes even after calling. When the employee stepped out they stated that they didn’t come out because they “thought we were trying to book our room”. Service is terrible you should always come out to see what the costumer needs considering it’s your job.

It was clean and easy drive to Universal Studios.

This is a good value motel. The rooms have been updated but could do with a mirror in the bedroom, better lighting and an iron and ironing board. It’s clean. The breakfast is mostly packet food and high sugar. But there is a 7/11 nearby where we got some fresh fruit. There are loads of restaurants nearby too. Parking was only $10 per night and it’s near the freeway for easy transportation. All in all, it was as expected.
