There were parts of the room that have not been cleaned in a very long time. The chair was stained and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The entry has a layer of dirt on the ironing board and the hanging area. I travel with slippers and glad I did because the room also had carpet, yuck! The rooms furniture was worn and edges of wood worn off, the microwave took 10 minutes to warm some water for tea, the coffee machine wasn’t clean…,. The positive - the bathroom, towels and sheets were very clean. We travel with our dog and they charged us extra for the dog so you’d think that would go for extra cleaning and up keep. Instead, put you in a crappy room and take the extra money.

We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was awesome. Continental breakfast was great. We will definitely stay there again.

Easy access from the highway no problems bringing our little Four Paws to the room with us the only complaint we had was the breakfast which was supposed to end at 9:00 we went down to the diningroom at 8:20 there was literally no food left in the hot containers each one we opened container scrambled eggs none, hash browns and sausage none, bacon none very disappointing

Staff and service were great. The room was clean, but the air conditioning was broken and our window was facing the community area inside so we couldn’t open it to let air in and it was super hot all night.

Property is east to access and had excellent parking. Staff we engaged with were professional, friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Good stay!!
