"Hampton Inns are our “go to” for places to stay when traveling. Staff that greeted us informed us that there were renovations and that the gym, pool, and laundry were all out of service. It would have been good to know this before making my non-refundable booking. We are ones that do go to the gym and I had intended on doing laundry. Very disappointed that there was no flag in the booking process that this was the case. Then there was no reduction in the $200 that we paid for the room. Not...
