I left some objects in the room. When I called I was told they had them. I went to pick them up and they no longer had them. The manager called me a liar and said they never claimed to have them. This manger should not work in customer service. For this reason I would never stay there or recommend this hotel.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments following your stay. We are sorry we did not find you champagne bottle in the room. We did, however, find your jeans and your water bottle. We double checked with the employee that spoke to you when you called to inquire about your lost items, as well as with housekeeping present that day, and they indeed mentionned that we found your water bottle and pants, but not the rest of your items. We understand the situation may be frustrating and we are sorry you missunderstood each other.

Room was clean, quiet space. Didn’t use any services or eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that
