It’s been over 7 years since I stayed there last… the room finishes hasn’t aged well but still a nice spacious room knowing the hotel is over 10 years old

The room facilitates are old. Although we booked a harbour view room with an additional of HK$200, we can't see the harbour. The room was not very clean, especially the windows were dirty. The swimming pool was small. The hotel is definitely overpriced. The hotel staff was impolite. The service was poor. However, the location is good, it's very close to the big shopping mall. In general, it was a very disappointing stay.

The shower door is leaking outside , wetting the floor.
The shower hose at some position produce a strange noise.

Nice apartment with all you need
Posted 2 Jul 2018Close to Shen Shen Bay, just about 10 mins taxi. One room suite is huge and everything is clean. Good view even with city view. Swimming pool and gym are good enough. Children play room is a bit compact.
