Above and Beyond Service

The hotel receptionist went well beyond normal duties, I was trying to get a taxi from the hotel the Shekou Ferry going to the Hong Kong Airport on the morning of Feb. 7th at 6AM. Normally this is not an issue, but because of CNY, there were none. The receptionist saw the issue and was able to arrange a car to pick me up, her help solved a potential issue, she did a great job!!

Hotel location very convenient, close to subway, restaurants, and entertainment. Very western friendly, hotel staff responsive to any request.

Very convenient location, metro station is 15 meters from the hotel. Neighborhood is bright and vibrant to our liking.
