As Muslims it is very difficult when having breakfast because there is no distinction between Halal Food and Non-Halal food. We saw that same spoons and tongs were used for multiple dishes (both for halal and non halal dishes). Some of the dishes at the breakfast buffet was not labeled. Otherwise the hotel was excellent, front office staff were very nice and helpful, excellent facilities.

the bathroom door was broken. it was unbearable to open and close the door because the door was out of the track. the bed was two twin beds putting together to make up a king size bed. the breakfast was horrible. the only protein for noodle soup was pork liver and port blood, which made me felt nauseous! That kind of money for such a poor hotel! makes me think twice about the name of Hilton. I have been such a royal customer to Hilton for a while, and this hotel make me feel betrayed by the name of Hilton

We stayed for 2 nights on 26 & 27 Sep 2024 and on the early morning of 28 Sep, we were woken up by very loud water noise hitting the windows of our room. At first, we thought it was heavy rain. In fact, it was the spiderman cleaning the external windows but the noise generated due to the amount of water pouring down the external windows was so much and so loud that we were woken up from our sleep. While we noted that there was a room notice that there will be window cleaning over 25 to 30 Sep 2024, the time specified was from 10:00 to 18:00. We were woken up around 8 am which was unacceptable. And because the management never used a window cleaning gantry, they needed to pour large amount of precious water over the window surface from the top, which generated very loud noise. This is BOTH bad for the hotel guests and the environment! For record we actually took a video of the event and are glad to show the hotel management if necessary.

Just an observation/recommendation for the customers that are at Shenzhen for the first time without internet access. It would be helpful to have printed information of buses around the area and places to shop close to the Hotel in English. We were fortunate to have friends living close by to help us with sims cards and moving us around. The free internet sucks and couldn't connect from the room, also the A/C wasn't cooling enouph at night. Other than that everything was perfect, thanks!

The room was not ready for us to check in. We arrived around 3pm. The room was not ready. We waited until 5:30pm but still not ready. We can only go out for dinner first and when we returned at 10:30pm, it was ready. They apologized by sending a fruit plate only. They offered a late checkout but we didn’t need it. The service is really disappointing. If they kept extending the checkout time to apologize unable to checkin, it will become a vicious cycle. This is Hilton, not some random 2star hotel.

None of the staff speak any English. Bar and restaurant not good and close very early. Won't be staying again
