Pleasant stay

Everything else was good or great, especially the gym, breakfast and the way the hotel was designed, but my bed was a bit bent down. Felt like the mattress had seen its best days already. Overall a very pleasant experience however.

Nice hotel and would recommend. Used the gym most everyday. Standard buffet offering.

Not an international hotel

I know it sounds little poor but no one in the hotel spoke any english.i stay for 5 days at this hotel and for an internation hotel to only have chinese speaking staff is a little wired. Its not that i expected them to speak english but i could have managed with french, Italian or spainish. Should change the name to Grand Skylight Local Hotel.

Really nothing about within walking distance, but all 3 eating options on the hotel we're good.

We were in Shenzhen on business and we were very impressed by the service of the staff at the hotel. A great place to stay.
