The staff didn’t understand the operation of this booking app, she was so persistent to ask me for another payment even when I’ve informed her that I’ve already paid through the app! Eventually, I called to Hotels.com UK, and asked for a interpreter! The room was filled with mozzies during the night !

Gave my room away

I was surprised that even though I booked a deluxe room many weeks in advance, when I arrived they said that they had given it to somebody else, very disappointing.
