Very nice room and very clean. Hotel staff are friendly and polite.

Close to shops, food and transport.
Buffet breakfast not as good as expected - food options similar each day and regularly ran out of food. The cheese looked the same each day.
Furniture is dated but the rooms are very big.

This hotel is close to shopping, restaurants and MTR station.
The room we booked was advertised as 36 sqm but the actual size is, at most, 30 sqm.

Very convenient for shopping and easy to find MTR station. The indoor swimming pool quite small but good for any season.

Great location, but quite an old hotel, could do with some renewal work, updates to facilities.
Went during Easter break, but not very festive as compared to another hotel wilh the same price-point at shenzhen that also has a more personal touch.
Nothing special. 3.5/5 for cost-effectiveness.
