Pros: Staff fixed issues very fast
Cons: Have english staff even if just during certain times
No laundry service clean sheets and reg room service

The hotel is in a convenient location and is a great value. It would be nicer if it had been maintained better.

Close north station. Very convenient to go to anywhere by bus in city. It is clean no expensive. Just right price on the room.

The staff was friendly. The general manager spoke English. It was a very reasonabe furniture was a little old. Not bad. Internet worked well. that was very important. Buffet breakfast was pretty good and included in my room price.
