"七宝山飯店(チルボサンホテル)ではなかった。中山国際飯店という別のホテルが居抜きで営業している。1一階ロビーの高麗航空カウンターは営業しているが、ホテルは朝鮮資本とは無関係。国際飯店という名目なのにフロントスタッフは英語が通じない。 ホテルの冷房は壊れており暑く眠れなかったためホテルの部屋の変更を申し出た。フロントスタッフは応じてくれだが、フロアの設備担当らしきおじさんは部屋の変更は応じられないと頑なに拒まれた。(突然部屋に入ってきてエアコンは壊れていないと主張した。ものすごく蒸し暑かったのだが。)再三フロントスタッフに訴えてやっと交換してもらえたが非常に後味が悪かった。"

"I frequently stay at this hotel because the price matches the quality. Good service and always efficient. The property is older than the other 5 star hotels but it’s maintained well and I always sleep comfortably. Alice Li was especially accommodating in the breakfast buffet. Great selection of Chinese dishes as well as American food. Terry also proved to be a great help at the buffet. Very pleased with my stay. "

"We stayed in this hotel for two nights in March 2012. The location is great, opposite the Shenyang North railway station and 5 mins walk to food, shopping, and for this visit the UK Visa centre. Upon arrival there was confusion as the expedia booking appeared to have been sent by fax and the staff thought we wanted one room and not two, and there seemed to be some difficulty sorting it out. "This property peaked many years ago. The wallpaper is peeling off all over the room. It lacks enough electrical outlets for modern usage. I stayed for two nights. The staff called me after my first morning to tell me that I had left luggage in my room. Of course I had; I was staying another night. Very strange. "
