Not enough coffee or tea (1 coffee )
No toilet paper , roll was nearly empty with no refill
They did not make up the rooms between days so hence no coffee or toilet paper on day 2

Thank you for posting a review. Thank you also for the feedback. We apologize you felt you did not have sufficient items in your guest room. All you had to do is ask for more and we would have gladly provided them for you. Also, we provide stayover housekeeping service "by request" during your stay, we explained this at registration, and it is also stated on your check-in slip you received, as most guests do not want us going into their rooms. Again, we apologize, but that is what we are here for, to serve you.

Sorry Restaurant was closed nice to see updating

We stayed two nights. No maid service given during stay. Bathroom plugs were not working

Thank you for posting a review. The low score you gave us was disappointing as we told you were new here and the Inn is under remodel. We also told you when you checked-in we provide "housekeeping service by request", we are not automatically going in and cleaning into your room during your short visit, as most guests do not want us to. The housekeeping policy was also printed on the paper we gave you at check-in, and all you had to do was ask and we would have happily cleaned your guest room. You could have let us know when you told us the coffee machine was not working, when we figured out together the outlet was not working in the bathroom, but the coffee maker worked just fine, and we fixed the outlet. We are sorry for that, of course, as we are still learning here, and wish you would have given us the benefit of the doubt. We urge you to come back and see yourself the upgrades as we finish remodeling this fall.

Downstairs rooms were great, but 2nd floor rooms need renovation. Service is friendly, and location is excellent, very walkable and near several good restaurants.

Star, the assistant informed me ahead of our arrival that they close the office early and how to get a key if I arrived late.
