Warm and welcoming staff at reception. Dining staff very friendly. Excellent choice for breakfast. My only criticism was the mattress and we changed rooms as decided to stay longer and they were both the same. They seemed to sag and we ended up rolling in the middle and I have suffered from lower back pain ever since. The hotel is in the middle of an upgrade so hopefully invest in new mattresses!

Didn’t realise it was card all time in the liftbfire alarm in middle of nught went back to room and then back out again

The hotel rooms are spacious with good shower in the room, other facilities like swimming pool and changing rooms is dated. The breakfast was very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Need more drink options at the bar.

A hotel in transition. Room layout is being improved. Restaurant only real offering locally. Tasty menu - good value. Clean room. Staff really friendly
