This was a disappointment. The lights by the bedside did not function because of a broken switch in the wall & we didn't care for the vinyl flooring in the room. The guy at the front desk didn't seem too friendly, but he did recommend the Mexican restaurant down the block from the hotel. I didn't interact with a live person at check out, instead called from a telephone at the front desk to check out. I was told I would get a receipt sent to my email address, which I am still waiting for after four days. This hotel is in a convenient location but I wouldn't recommend it as a place to stay.

The rooms are large and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge in the room that I had was quite small though. It is very inexpensive and very close to the very cute downtown of Plymouth. I will stay there again

Property was once an old place that has been renovated in the recent past. Staff was nice and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Room was hot upon arrival but the AC brought it down to a pleasant level before the sun came up the next day. I could hear the adjacent rooms TV thru the walls. The room still had the original small round toilet with the no room for my junk. Biggest issue was the tub. It was an insert where the handle was below my knees. With the soft water it was slicker than snot in the tub.They did provide a mat, to put in the tub to help slipping, so they know it's an issue. Final issue is the shower curtain. It's on of those plastic cloth things that's hung to far into the tub. It would stick to me at every turn. To keep it from sticking to would result in water on the bathroom floor.

Great location. The employees were nice and helpful. The place could use a little updating, but was nice and very clean. Bed was comfy. Less expensive than the alternatives in the area. I'd definitely stay there again when I need to stay in the area.

This property needs to be updated. Everything from the AC to the shower heads are the original ones when the building was built. They still use an actual key to for to get access to the room's.

There seems to be some bad reviews for this place, But it was clean enough and quiet and was a perfectly normal place. I would stay here again when in Plymouth Wisconsin.

The property feels that was never taken care of!! The photos on the web site of Expedia are misleading! Got there earlier took a nap. The bedding smelled from sweat!!!!! The AC sounded like a diesel truck. The property looked like a third world country. I left went around and found another hotel and returned the key to the hotel! I expressed my disappointment and the Mike at the desk told me he understand! Need my money back asap

Although the property is older, the rooms are clean and good for a nights stay. It is a pet friendly hotel which is fine except you can hear when dogs bark. We also got a different kind of room than requested and the hotel was not able to accommodate a first floor room (because we knew there was no elevator). Overall the stay was fine and we have stayed here before and know what to expect. The prices are always the lowest.

Nice little hotel now
Well located in Plymouth and recently had a refurbish. Room was neat and tidy (but sparse) and bath/toilet good. No complaints at all. Thanks to the staffer who contacted me when he noticed I'd left the interior light on in my car
