My sheets were dirty and stained . The breakfast was a joke . showed up and the hash browns were almost gone and weren’t replaced this is at 8am when breakfast should have been out until 10am . 1 of the waffle makers was broken and the 2nd waffle maker wasn’t working either . The waffles were coming out under cooked from the inside . The English muffin that was wrapped in plastic wrap was stale. There was no butter available . The coffee was running out and was cold . The gentleman that worked there was cleaning the tables and the buffet area knew exactly that the buffet trays were empty and didn’t replace with fresh warm food . The only thing he did leave was his horrible body odor. This has been the worst breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel . I’m not one to leave comments like this but I feel you should know and that way you could work on bringing better service to your customers. Advertising you serve breakfast from 6am to 10am should be honored ! And another thing please think about hiring new front desk staff , half the time they’re not even at the desk

We strive to make every stay as comfortable as possible for our guests. Our front desk is staffed 24/7 for any guest needs. They have tasks that take them away from customer view but are always a bell ring away. Breakfast is refilled once trays are empty to ensure we are following all food safety protocols and minimizing food waste. Again, we apologize for any inconveniences during your stay. A great location, grwat amenities. However we dealt with loud upstairs guests and some mystery floating in the pool.

The Grandstay is close to Lake Michigan and Kohler. It’s a great location for activities at these Sheboygan area events.

This trip the room was dirty, dusty, gross behind the the toilet and floor. Out of soaps for shower. Food was not fresh.
