Toilet took several flushes to actually flush. Shower door was not attached to the wall properly and very difficult to open. Shower floor was cracked and therefore likely not sanitized. Hallways smelled terrible. People running down the hallway screaming at 3 am. Just lots of little things that could easily be made better with some maintenance and proper cleaning.

The hotel rooms were in disrepair- no heat- we were given a space heater and we have a 2yo! The shower head in the room was broken and spun around and the 4th floor smelled like sewage.

Stay was ok, One elevator was not working, and the internet in the room was completely unusable, Also there was an issue with being billed twice for my stay that got resolved right before I checked out. Also the construction made it difficult to get around.
