Everything was a bit dusty & smelled musty like they don't use that room very often. It was right next to the waterslide & above the pool so it was kind of loud but that stopped before 10, so i didn't care about the noise. The shampoo & conditioner in the bathroom were half used & the lotion was empty & the bottle was also sticky. I was only there 1 night for my sons hockey tournament so i just stayed there but i won't be back.

It is beginning to look dated some of the furniture in the breakfast area was badly worn and the shower was showing some mold

The elevator and entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Which was odd because the person at the front desk even made a point to tell us not to smoke in his rooms.

The Front Desk , a gentlemen by the name of Jose is amazing. He has that place looking the best it has since it first opened! He is friendly, and kind, and gracious. Your industry needs more people like him. Thank you.
