The pillows were very small and bed was uncomfortable. It wasn’t dirty or anything. Just an ok stay. Probably wouldn’t come back.

Two large holes in the floor of the main hallway with dirt piles around it and carpet rolled up making it difficult to transport luggage to rooms. One hole did not have safety/caution sign. The first room we were put in had no hot water and was in very poor condition, no phone, baseboards were missing walls were chipped, etc. we were then given a second room but very little help to move all of our things. The employee on duty was on his phone while we struggled to move everything after an exhausting 800 mile drive. Very poor customer service - the included breakfast was stale bagels with no cream cheese, two sugared cereals with no healthy or adult options and some very sad tater tots. Luke warm coffee. This hotel was very obviously not ready for travelers - we could not believe that this was a Baymont hotel.

They are horrible charge me on my card for no reason and didn’t refund me they are thieves
