The overall property was exceptional. The staff were rude and very disrespectful. They tried to lie and say that one of my days wasn’t paid for and refuse to return my deposit

There were blood stains on blanket. Bugs all over the room. We didn’t even stay our second night and changed hotels. No refund for the unused night after showing pictures of blood, food stains on walls and light fixtures. This shouldn’t even be an option on Expedia’s app. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
